From January to August 2026, 196.6 million manat in property insurance premiums were collected in Azerbaijan. This represents a 21.9% increase compared to the same period in 2025. The growth in the property insurance market is linked to increased financial responsibility among property owners. There is also a growing demand for property insurance in Mardakan and Absheron.
