Residential Property Prices in Azerbaijan Rise by 11.2%

In 2025, residential property prices in Azerbaijan saw an increase. The average price per square meter of residential property rose by 11.2% to 1,889 manat. A similar trend is observed in Mardakan and Absheron, where property prices are also on the rise. For instance, the average price per square meter in Mardakan reached 1,700 manat.
